Sullivan Crescent Fire cause Pinned down

Prince George, B.C.- Fire investigators from the Prince George Fire Rescue Services have concluded their investigation of the fire at 2944 Sullivan Crescent which occurred Friday June 12, 2009.
 
It has been determined that the cause of this fire is accidental with the source of the fire being a candle located on an exterior deck.
 
Damage to the property is estimated at $400,000.

Passed by the house (one of those idiots that are nosy after the fact...) Big house but quite visible damage. Feel for the residents who have lost their lifetime belongings. Hope they recover psychologically quickly and have support from family and friends to help them.
The response to attend this fire seemed to be delayed. Anyone know the details or specifics of the time the call was made to 911 and when the Fire Department was actually dispatched to this location? And, when they actually arrived at Sullivan Cres?
