The forecast is calling for a severe system that will dump up to 10 mm of rain today with the possibility of a thunderstorm and small hail. It is expected there may be 15 to 25 mm rain tonight.

If the predictions are correct, the Prince George area could get half as much rain in 24 hours at it normally gets for the whole month of July.
