VIA Strike Ends, Service Back on Track... Slowly

Prince George, B.C.- VIA rail travel will resume late tonight, now that the 48 hour strike action has ended with the company and union going to binding arbitration.
VIA will resume service gradually tonight, with full service on most routes by tomorrow morning.

The Vancouver to Toronto (train 2) will be back in service tonight at 8:30 pm.
The 340 Engineers have been without a contract for more than two years. CN has also recalled all who had been laid off because of the strike.
