Hello, Dick.... Dick... where are you. No Dick.

Its a good thing Jay, is looking out for us.
Projects completed by March 2011? How about projects completed by March 2010? Let's get to work and show what we can do with $20 Million. Or, are these just more make work projects to appear that the economy is being stimulated? I say temporary fix to buy some time.
An incredibly poor selection of projects, with vitually no prospects of continued employment or job creation.

I agree with "He Spoke', Dick Harris is a complete waste of a politician
Dick can be compared to Dosanjh. He retained his position by buying memberships for certain people. That was the last straw in my opinion. Dick is a good name for that man.
I agree, the selection of projects was incredibly poor. Designing and creating new trails will not provide any lasting employment. There are way better ways to spend my tax dollars. These projects are not creating any lasting jobs. Just throwing my money out the door. Remember all the money the government has is taxpayer's money. I will not be voting for them in the next election!
