Prince George, B.C. -  The man facing four charges in the death of 13 year old Adam Williams was not in court today, but his lawyer was.

Lloyd William Cook was scheduled for an arraignment hearing in Prince George this morning.  His lawyer appeared on his behalf and had the matter pushed ahead.  Cook's lawyer plans to ask a judge to set a trial date in the near future.

Cook is facing four charges in the death of 13 year old Adam Williams. The young boy died in Prince George in January of 2000 but his death was not reported to police until 2004. His remains were later discovered in a wooded area off North Nechako Road.

Cook is facing four counts; manslaughter, forcible confinement, criminal negligence causing death and interference with a dead body.

He is currently out on bail.
