I was hiking out Miworth a few months back and was approached by a guy wielding a machete thinking he could intimidate me... tried telling me what direction I should walk... I laughed at him... then he told me there were bears that way after his 'he owns this land' talk didn't fly. Turns out he was planting seeds thinking they would get him a crop... I laughed at that too, because he was planting them in dirt in the shade... I've since been back and he must have packed up and found a new location. I recommend if he was to do something like that he should do it on the north side of the river and not the south side, and that he should do it in a place where people don't walk their dogs. It must have been good advice, or he was spooked, or his plan was a complete failure, because all his chicken wire is packed up and gone with no signs left behind. All for the better I figured because we don't need that near our walking trails.
It use to be a cottage industry for our province. Now it is probably our biggest industry. Without a doubt, it is bigger than forestry.

way to go .... BCBud
Legalize it, tax it and end the BC resession. Campbell would be happy with another new tax.
