Prince George, B.C.- Not long after  posting a photo of the suspect in two armed robberies in Prince George,  an arrest has been made.

Prince George RCMP  say an off duty officer ( dog master) was heading south on highway 97 when he spotted a hitch hiker who resembled the photos  of the suspect wanted in connection with a hold up at a McDonalds and a 7-11 store in Prince George.

The  officer took a closer look,  and made the arrest.

A 22 year old from Merritt  was arrested without incident and is  in custody.
