The Northern BC Health Care Labour Market Partnership Project is a community-university initiative.  It is aimed at identifying the health care professional needs for the north.  Residents of Northern B.C.  and Health Care professionals in the North are invited to visit the Univeristy  of Northern B.C. site where they can fill in a survey .

The survey should help educational institutions plan programs to train specific  professionals.  The College of new Caledonia has already heard from the nrothrn Medical Society that there is a need for x-ray technicians, ultra sound technicians and radiologists.

The survey is jointly  funded by Human Resource & Skills Development Canada and the partners include College of New Caledonia, Northern Lights College, Northwest Community College, the University of Northern British Columbia and Northern Health.
