Spruce Kings Defeat Williams Lake

Prince George- The Spruce Kings defeated the Williams Lake Timberwolves 6 to 0 on Wednesday Alex Wright picked up his second shutout of the season with 30 saves as the Timberwolves outshot the guests 30-28. Sam Muchalla 2 + 2 and line mate Brooks Robinson with 4 assists combined for 8 points while Wes McLeod added 2 goals for the Spruce Kings, who enjoyed period leads of 2-0 and 6-0. PG scored three times on the PP and once shorthanded in a penalty filledgame which featured a few third period fights.

The 3-and-4 Spruce Kings host Surrey Friday before playing the Timberwolves again Saturday in Williams Lake.
