Spruce Kings Lose

Prince George- The Surrey Eagles defeated the PG Spruce Kings 5 to 3 before 753 fans last night.

Ex-Spruce King Grant Toulmin scored twice and added an assist to lead the Eagles, who trailed 3-2 early in the 3rd. The Spruce Kings got goals from Zac Rasmussen, Nick Desousa and Sam Muchalla. Josh Pineiro had 2 assists for PG.

Alex Wright took the loss in goal as Surrey outshot the hosts 28-24.

The 3-and-5 Spruce Kings play tonight in Williams Lake. The Quesnel Millionaires    6     Williams Lake Timberwolves   4 in Friday action.
