If Ignatief does not have clear specific details in his election platform, then he does not stand a chance. To win he needs to specify an over all strategy for governmnet policy, foreign policy (Afghanistan), taxation strategy, as well as monetary strategy... and back it up with specifics that he can be accountible for. That won't ever happen though.
If the opposition wants to have any chance of removing the conservatives from power, then they must oppose the Harper HST bill when it reaches parliament, and use that as their trigger point for an election. Otherwise they are them and will remain so.
