Regional District Building Numbers Up

Building permits in the Regional District of Fraser Fort George continue to outpace previous years.
By the end of November, 433 building permits had been issued in the Regional District this year compared to 306 for the same period last year.
The numbers include 55 single family homes compared to 51 a year ago.
The value of permits issued has increased by about $1.5 million dollars to just over $15.1 million dollars, while permit fees are up just over $26 thousand dollars.
