Prince George, B.C.- For the 28th consecutive year, the Prince George Spruce Kings have launched their annual Show Home Lottery.

This is the team's largest fund raising event,  and because the hockey club is a non-profit community owned organization, all proceeds from the Show Home stay in Prince George. It is because of the Show Home Lottery that the team is able to offer fans of junior hockey the lowest ticket price in the BCHL.

This year's Show Home is the tenth in the Aberdeen Glen Subdivision. At over 1500 square feet, the home is from the plans of Jenish House Design Limited and features custom touches of Ebb Construction Ltd.

Valued at $376,000 (GST and Land Taxes included), the Show Home is located at 2638 Links Drive, next to the Aberdeen Glen Golf Course.

The home has many special touches added to it from many of the community minded businesses in Prince George, including: the Northern Hardware, McInnis Lighting, Curtis Elite Security Ltd., Van Way Cabinets, Rona, Closets Done Right, General Paint, Canadian Tire, Gienow Windows, W.R. Ventures, Replay Message Centre, the Aberdeen Glen Golf Course and Ebb Construction.

This year's Show Home Lottery also includes ten early bird draws with prizes from the Prince George Spruce Kings, Northern Hardware, Canadian Tire, Rona and Japatedon Travel & Cruises. Three of the Early Bird prizes are four packs of season tickets to the Spruce Kings 2009-10 regular season games. It would be nice to win, but man that front of the house does not have much street appeal.
I really like your site. Some times it has a lot of stuff.Pleae add some thing about debt consolidation loans,Insurance etc....
We heard that a one family have won it twice. Lucky fro sure. Oh well I'll throw my bucks at it again a good cause.
Street appeal? Don't think they understand that term.

Objective is to use as many materials as possible. Gable ends are either wood or vinyl siding.

Walls are either vinyl or cobbles.

Advice? Pick one and stay with it.

Wish someone would figure out one of these days that they could use these houses to promote better quality housing designs. Perfect promotional opportunity for organizations interested in that.

Oh, forgot, there are no such organizations anymore.
Right on Imorg!
This one of the ugliest they have done!
What were they thinking?
If I won it,I would be forced to sell it!
Would be nice if SpruceKings offered the House or the Cash.
Prize or Cash on all draws, that is the only tickets I buy now-a-days.
Something to thing about SpruceKings.
That cobble front is terrible. I think they were trying for something 'different', but different is not always good.
time to build someplace besides near a golf course?
The inside is quite nice...granted, its not the most attractive place on the outside, but if you win a $380 000 house and dont have to pay a mortgage you can use your payment to chamge the outside to whatever you want.....holy cow, would you want this place to be the Taj Mahal so you can complain about it being too gaudy, or maybe they can build it down in the VLA so people can complain about building sites?
Has the winner already been chosen, or is that one of them urban legends?
She's ugly but I would'nt look her ( gift horse ) in the mouth for a hundred bucks. All that man-ufactured stone is down right gaudy, and the different colour gable ends looks odd. I would sell the house. Please can I win it this year?
