Quesnel, B.C. - RCMP in Quesnel are looking for a white male in a white pick up who tried to abduct a young woman in Quesnel yesterday.

Police say the female was walking under the overpass at North Fraser Drive just before 4:00 in the afternoon yesterday when she was approached by the male in the pick up. He asked her if she wanted a ride, and when she refused, he demanded she get into the truck. The young woman fled the scene.

The male is described as clean shaven, between 30 and 40 years of age with blonde hair. He was wearing a dirty brown baseball cap.
