Vipers broke open a 2-1 game with four goals in the 3rd period, three of
them in a span of 2:28. Nick DeSousa opening the scoring in the 1st and
Lyndon Martell also tallied for P.G. in the 3rd. Mike Collins tallied
twice for Vernon. Losing goalie Kyle Nielson blocked 26 shots.
The Vipers improve their record to 28-1.
The 11-17-1-1 Spruce Kings visit Trail tonight (Friday) and Penticton
Saturday to conclude a 3-game road trip.
