Prince George, B.C.- The preparations have been made for this afternoon’s 9th annual Polar Bear Dip at Ness Lake Bible camp.
The annual fund raiser has participants either paying $20 dollars for the “right” to jump into Ness Lake, or the fee will be waived if the participant has raised at least $20 dollars in pledges for the event.
The dollars raised go towards the Summer Team Bursary fund. The goal this year is to raise $10 thousand dollars.
“Dippers” will hit the water starting at 2:33 this afternoon with the final jump expected at no later than 2:37.
