Prince George- December was a cold month, not real extreme cold but persistently below normal for most of the month. A period between the 12th and the 16th brought the coldest conditions for the month and entire year with a chilly -37.4 degrees on the 14th. This was followed by a bit of milder air for a few days then back into the deep freeze for Christmas. On the precipitation side of things, snow did arrive but not in your typical December fashion with snowfall ending up about half the normal amount.

Confirmation that City Council and City Administration can't even budget for this amount of snow to remove from City streets. There are definitely serious deficiencies in the way the City of Prince George is being administered and maintained.
