Prince George- December was a cold month, not real extreme cold but persistently below normal for most of the month. A period between the 12th and the 16th brought the coldest conditions for the month and entire year with a chilly -37.4 degrees on the 14th. "Snowfall ending up about half the normal amount"
Confirmation that City Council and City Administration can't even budget for this amount of snow to remove from City streets. There are definitely serious deficiencies in the way the City of Prince George is being administered and maintained.
Good point Honest Joe. I know there budget year on the snow starts in January, but, I don't think they were a million dollars over at October.

Anyway, if our December is colder than average, what is all this hype about global warming coming from????
Great conditions for driving. Much better than the freeze thaw cycles of recent years.
