Quesnel, B.C.- A 29 year old Quesnel man is in hospital in serious but  stable condition after being stabbed.

RCMP say they responded to a call in West Quesnel early yesterday to find a man suffering life threatening stab wounds. He was taken to hospital where he is recovering.

A 19 year old female is in custody and is expected to be charged with aggravated assault.

RCMP say the  attack  was  the result of a domestic  dispute.
