Thanks for all of the input with regard to the comments on Opinion-250. You have spoken loud and clear.

From your comments we are being told to stay the course, perhaps tweak the system a bit when people who have been banned continue to re register,

but other than that, simply leave it alone.

0-250 is Your On Line paper, over the past four years, with your help, we have grown to be a major force in the media in Central and Northern BC.

So back to more of the same, other than one more thank you to all of you.

Thank you Elaine and Ben, keep up the good work.

I disagree about having an edit function. Editing prior posts could open an ugly door of "You said that", and "No I didn't, find the post."

Posts should be left uneditable so that the moderators can possibly look to past posts for abusive comments, etc.

Good call there guys. Doing something about the actual offenders makes better sense than painting everyone with a broad brush.

As before, I will continue to try conducting myself accordingly. But then again, sometimes in the morning I wake up more cynical than I was on the previous day. Why? I dunno. Ask my shrink.

We are all aware of the fact that because of the nature of the world wide web *www.opinion250.com/blog/view* means that the whole wide world can read everyone of our comments everywhere, globally!

Something to keep in mind when sarcastic and undeserving comments are posted.

Some comments try to make it appear as if we as PG citizens can find very little or nothing to like about this city, when in fact it is a pretty good city to live in, year round.

Just my opinion, of course.

There were not too many spelling mistakes
to compare it to the amount of articles
published on Opinion 250.
Why are we making a big deal of it?
We should be very happy, that someone(s)
had (have) the guts to do this job and
give us (the people) to voice our concerns
and opinions.

We are lucky to have a media format like Opinion 250!
Try expressing some of the opinions that we get on here with the mainstream media outlets and see what happens!
