Who Is He?

Prince George RCMP have released this security photo of a man who is wanted in connection with a robbery.

The Steamer's Pub Cold Beer and Wine store was held up on December 17th around 9:00 p.m.

This photo is of the prime suspect.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Prince George RCMP detachment at 561-3300.

Wouldn't defense council love to get their hands on this case. A clear picture of the culprit published on a public website before he is even arrested.

Good luck trying to lock this guy up now. I can't imagine any judge allowing this evidence to be allowable in court.

After all, isn't everyone innocent until proven guilty? Chester

They don't even lock people up for murder anymore so this petty thief has nothing to worry about!

They want to catch him so they can release him
immediately or after a lengthy and expensive trial!

It's called the catch-and-release justice system.

Question is: will he go to jail? Just read in the paper that a person was sentenced to 2 months equivalent of jail time! Any idea what "equivalent of jail time" means?

I bet you it means sitting at home with an ankle bracelet drinking beer and watching the Canucks getting a thrashing!
