Police Nab B&E Suspect

Prince George- Police arrested a man last night after a homeowner confronted a man stealing items from his house in the 1500 block of Ash St.

The man fled the scene but was arrested a short time later,a short distance from the scene.

Police say the man is a suspect in a number of break and Enters in the Prince George area. Several items were found on the suspect and police believe they may be related to other break and enters.

If you have been a victim you are asked to call police.

He should be shown compassion. Get him the best counseling available. Find him a new place to live and stock his shelves with food. Get him a taxpayer supported source of income with a cheque delivered once or twice a month.

I heard this exact line reported on the radio over and over again this morning.

All I can say is "Ya think?"

Sorry, that's not accurate. I kept hearing on the radio "several STOLEN items were found..."
