Spruce Kings Drop 4-3 Decision

Prince George, B.C. -  The Prince George Spruce Kings fell 4-3 to the Williams Lake Timberwolves in a heartbreak tonight at the Coliseum.

The T-wolves Ryan Stanimim snapped a 3-3 tie with just seven seconds left in the 3rd period in front of 875 Spruce King fans.

The win ended the Timberwolves 24-game losing streak.

Nick DeSousa, Joe Morgan and Zac Rasmussen tallied for Prince George, who blew period leads of 1-0 and 2-1.  The team wraps up its season at home tomorrow when it hosts the Burnaby Express.

Burnaby lost 4-1 in Quesnel tonight.
