Prince George, B.C.-  It has been a little over a month since RCMP investigators launched  an awareness campaign with hopes of  uncovering some  new information in the death of  Aeilah Saric and investigators have nothing new to  go on.

(At right, Corporal Annie Linteau holds photo  of Aeilah Saric  at media event  last month)

Police were hoping to jog the memory of anyone who may have seen the 14 year old talking to two males in the early hours of  February 3rd on Quince Street.  That was the last time the teen was seen alive.  Her body  found  a week later  in a ditch on Highway 16 east near Tabor Mountain.

Police were also  hopeful the two males  who had been spotted talking to  Aeilah would come forward  “We would like to know what they talked about , if Aeilah said where she was going or told them anything that a could help us in this investigation.”

Corporal Annie Linteau,  a Communications Officer  for “E” Division  says the media push  launched last month on the  eve of the 4th anniversary of Aeilah’s disappearance  failed to turn up any new clues.  “Unfortunately, there were a minimal number of tips” says Corporal Linteau.

Anyone who may have information is asked to call the Historic Homicide line at 1-877- 543-4822 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.

OMG!...is Annie Linteau actually stationed here now?
OMG!... Is Andyfreeze a weirdo stalker of cops?
I do hope that someone does come forward and offer any information, so this family may have some closure and the people responsible for taking such a young life are made accountable.

it would be great if the RCMP would do a press release for Lucas Degerness who has been missing for almost 4 yrs now.
NO, she is not stationed here. Why would she transfer to the formaldehyde capital of Canada? SHe was in kelowna and got her cpl's in vancouver at HQ - with little or no real policework.
