No Bail Yet for Berry

Prince George, B.C.- The man accused of breaking into an Oak Street home in Prince George and  sexually assaulting two females in the residence will remain in custody until the end of March.
 
Chad Berry  is  facing 17 counts including seven counts of Break and Enter, three counts of aggravated sexual assault, two counts of sexual assault with a weapon, two counts of assault with a weapon, one count of uttering threats, and two counts of mischief.
 
He is scheduled to appear in court again on the 31st for a bail hearing.

Give me a break he wants bail. Put him in GP and let them deal with him.

So all those items charged, and also two counts of mischief.... What would quantify the mischief, and would that make a difference.

Yep set the bail, two cahones.
What a joke. If he's found guilty he will get double or triple time off for each day with no bail. Tell him to be nice , release him, and give him an undertaking to attend court for his trial. In the mean time it's life as usual.
I think the 2 days for 1 hardtime deal has been stopped.
there is no more double time off for time sitting in jail while waiting court dates!!
