Fatal Crash Court Case To Start Today

Prince George, B.C.- It is back to court today for the  man charged following in a  highway crash in January of 2007 which claimed the life of 55 year old Muriel Johnson of Prince George.

The crash on Highway 97 near Holmes Road involved the Johnson’s pick up and a transport truck.

Following a lengthy investigation, Kamran Mohammad of Abbotsford was charged in December of 2008.  He is facing a charge of Dangerous Driving causing  the death of Muriel Johnson, Dangerous driving causing injuries to Richard Johnson ( Muriel’s husband) and Public mischief- misleading a police  officer in an  investigation.
