Braidwood Delivers Report To Government

Victoria, B.C. - The  final report from the Braidwood Inquiry into the  death of Robert Dziekanski has been delivered to  the Attorney General.

The report is the second and final from two inquiries. The report will be released to the public following the process under the Public Inquiry Act, which requires that the attorney general submit the report to cabinet at the next meeting after its receipt. Cabinet may provide direction to the attorney general regarding any portions of the report that must be withheld by law under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Following cabinet consideration, the report will be tabled by the attorney general in the legislative assembly.

The first report, on the use of  tazers in B.C. was released last July.

hmmmm, I wonder what would be in this report. Would it say the enforcement was excessive, or would they say it was acceptable. Are we going to be brainwashed to believe that 6? officers and repeated tazers was required to diffuse one person.

I would imagine one tazer shot first, and that should have been enough with 4 of them to deal with it. Somewhere along the line, they no longer were peace officers, but got to much adreneline running and became a pack of wolves at a kill.
