Early Years Health Fair Today

Prince George, B.C.- Exploration Place is the site of the Early Years Health Fair being held today from 9:30 to 2:00.

The free health fair is an opportunity for families to visit with health and development professionals to discuss any questions or concerns about their children ages birth to six years old.

Highlights of the fair include:

· Professionals in areas such as speech, nutrition, vision, dental and more. Draws for many prizes.

· Storytelling

· Fun activities for children

· Free transportation assistance available.

Safety Bear will be making an appearance at 11:30 a.m. and parents will be able to pick up do-it-yourself identification kits for children.

Over 12 different organizations have dedicated staff and resources to the Early Years Health Fair because they want to ensure the children of Prince George have the best possible start in life.
