Hopefully he will get more than a stern warning and milk & cookies.
I'm glad this woman won't have to endure a trial.
He better go away for a long time.
i hope he gets raped in jail every week and possibly killed also
Psychiatric assessment they say ..maybe a test to see if he had any connections to other related issues...the victim's life will never be the same...he is a slim ball
Wow heavy.
'the rest of the story' is not an open and closed case. It might be a case of being drugged unknowingly and doing something they remember nothing of..
I want to emphasize that sometimes it really isn't the fault of the guilty.
Ya def not his fault. He should be given a new truck and let go.
He plead guilty, supertech, so I'm thinking the fault rests with him.
My thoughts are with the woman involved in this horrific incident and I am glad she will be spared a trial. The convicted man has a family and please do not forget that they are victims in this as well. A lot of lives have been irrevocably changes by this and our thoughts should be with all the victims.
Drugged unknowingly? For some reason I find that difficult to believe. If that was the case, then why wouldn't he be trying the "not criminally responsible" angle? No, he is undergoing a psych evaluation and my guess is that this is a very mentally ill and unstable man who snapped. Hopefully he is punished accordingly and also receives the psychiatric help and treatment he requires. I feel for the victim, and also for his family. This must be a nightmare for all of them.
