Tubing on the Nechako, one of the most popular ways to beat the heat
Prince George, B.C. – No record high temperature again today, but Prince George was very close.
The high was 30 degrees, the record was 31.1 set in 1953.
Still, the Nechako River was busy with tubers, the banks of the Nechako busy with folks enjoying the sun and water and more than one yard in town had the sprinkler on for the enjoyment of little ones.
Expect another beautiful day Friday with a high of 29.
The weekend is starting to look “iffy” with Saturday’s forecast calling for a high of 23 and a 40% chance of showers. Sunday, we’re back into sunshine with a high of 26.
