Prince George, B.C. -  July of 2010  will go in the books as being one of the driest  on record.  In his monthly report, Environment  Canada Meteorologist Jim Steele  says the month got off to a cool start.
Here  is  his full report:
The month got off to a bit of a cool and wet start with daytime highs in the upper teens and some showers on the 4th. Conditions dried out and warmed up by the end of the first week with the highest temperature during the month recorded on the 8th at 30.6 degrees. A few cool days were interspersed with warm conditions for the remainder of the month. Daytimes highs for the month were well above normal however overnight lows were on the cool side.
