Evacuation Order for Tsacha Lake Area Expanded

Cariboo Chilcotin, BC – The Cariboo Regional District (CRD) has issued an expanded evacuation order for the Tsacha Lake area as a result of the current wildfire activity.

The area falling under this evacuation order is within the Prince George Fire Centre and the Cariboo Regional District, and is described as the area directly east of the current evacuation area.

There are six residences within the entire Tsacha Lake order area. Six persons in the area were evacuated by way of a tactical evacuation and no other persons are in, or live in, the immediate area.
