Air Quality Advisory Continues

Prince George, B.C.- The Air Quality Advisory because of wildfire smoke continues for Prince George and for Vanderhoof.
The provincial air quality objective for coarse particles, PM10, is 50 micrograms per cubic metre, averaged over 24 hours. The 24 hour PM10 rolling average was 84 µg/m3 at the Plaza 400 downtown, 86 µg/m3at BCR and not available College Heights at 9 a.m. this morning.
The provincial air quality objective for fine particles, PM2.5, is 25 micrograms per cubic metre, averaged over 24 hours. The 24 hour PM2.5 rolling average was 72 µg/m3 at the Plaza 400 downtown site and not available at College Heights at 9 a.m. this morning.
