Northern Health has called a media briefing for later this morning to discuss developments from the board's most recent meeting.
No further details are being provided on just what those "developments" might be.
The Board of Directors gathered last Monday in Prince George to go over the Health Authority's financial picture for the upcoming year and a public consultation process to discuss a cancer strategy for the region, among other topics.
Today's news conference is being co-hosted by both Board Chair Jeff Burghardt and CEO Malcolm Maxwell.
