Prince George, B.C.- RCMP are investigating two separate home invasions.
The first took place in the early hours of Tuesday of this week at a home in the 2700 block of 20th Avenue.
The victim, a 30 year old male, told officers 3 Caucasian males in their early 20’s, wearing white coats had entered his home and tied him up. The man was threatened with a screw driver and stole several items including his tv, computer and PS3.
The three suspects were seen leaving the area in a red Dodge Neion at a high rate of speed.
RCMP located the vehicle being driven in a dangerous manner and discovered it had been stolen 2 days prior to the incident. Police did not pursue the vehicle due to the risk to public safety. The vehicle was soon located on Nechako Road and 5th Avenue and Police observed 3 males dressed in white, run from vehicle towards Hammond Park.

RCMP Police Dog Services were called to the scene and a dog track was successful in locating evidence but police were unable to locate any suspects. Upon searching the vehicle, members recovered all the stolen property taken from the residence and the Forensic Identification Unit was called to assist.
The second incident happened last night around 10:15 in the 600 block of Douglas Street.
A male and 2 female victims  say 5 males entered the residence through the front door and threatened them with a gun and an extendable baton. The 2 females were held in the livingroom while the male victim was assaulted in the bedroom.
The suspects stole 2 blackberry phones, 2 purses, a wallet, 46 inch T.V., computer monitor, laptop, PS3, Nintendo Wii and assorted games. The suspects then left out the back door.
Four of the Suspects are described as being native with the one carrying the baton said to be native, skinny build, 5'7" with a sunken “pock marked” face.
The fifth suspect, carrying the hand gun, is described as being Caucasian with blonde hair and blue eyes, 5'7", medium build and was wearing a dark grey hoody with a white and grey bandana covering his face. The male was also noted to have a smaller nose and his eyes were further apart than normal.
RCMP are continuing to investigate the home invasion and are looking into the possible motive of the violent incident as all victims state they have no involvement with drugs and are not associated to any gangs or other organized crime groups.
“Usually home invasions are linked with the collection of a debt by a gang” says Constable Leslie Smith, “But in both of these cases, the victims swear they have no drug or gang affiliation.”
Police are concerned the suspects attended the wrong residence and could be a case of mistaken identity.
Constable Smith says there is no evidence at this time to indicate there is any link between the two home invasions.
Police are asking for the public's assistance in identifying the suspects responsible for the home invasions, anyone with information on either of these home invasions is asked to call the Prince George RCMP at (250) 561-3300 or call CRIME STOPPERS at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).

I'm sure these goofs will be rounded up sooner or later. Someones gonna talk, just wait and see.............
OMG! Women missing now people charging into homes with people in them. Thank God all the grow ops are busted though. *Roll'n Eyes
Sounds like it's time to register screwdrivers so people don't unlawfully use them to invade other peoples houses.
If we only had a legal system that worked for the victims.. Catch theses idiots and say bye bye for 15-20 years and no parole. I for one wouldn't mind paying the taxes for that.
If they do get any of these guys , I bet they are not from P.G. but they will never tell us. With all the services we are offering we bring in other Citys un wanted. We need more homeless shelters, to house them. When people are released from Jail, where do they go ? are they sent back to where they came from? What about the big drug rehab out at Baldy Hues, what happens to the drop outs??
Buy a gun and you won't have to worry about these people. The End.
I hope 1 Day they hit the wrong Person , like a Grandmother with a 12 Gauge in her Hand and she just blows those "A" holes away
This Scum got to be exterminated !
They are welcome to try my home. Though they would not be walking back out of the door.
My home is guarded by Mr. Smith and Mr. Wesson. They are on duty four days per week.
Which four days?
