Prince George, B.C. -  Police are hoping someone will step forward with information on the whereabouts of a missing Prince Rupert man.

57-year-old Patrick Lyle Boulton was last seen almost two weeks ago, on October 6th by a friend.  Boulton told the friend he was planning to drive to Kelowna, but would return home on October 9th.

RCMP Constable Erin Mary Stevenson says Boulton has family in Kelowna and elsewhere in B.C. and has not made contact with anyone.  She says police do not know for certain whether Boulton set out en route on Highway 16-West.  His last cell phone call and bank withdrawal were in Prince Rupert.

Constable Stevenson says the Prince Rupert man's family members are extremely concerned and are in regular contact with police for updates.

The photo at right shows Boulton.  His vehicle is described as a grey 2004 Honda Civic with the licence plate 255 WCF
