Well now that it is officially okay to prosecute child soldiers, lets apprehend the 4 or 5 million child soldiers from Africa, and all other countries. We could put them all up, feed them, educate them...This government is a joke and a disgrace to all Canadians. Those teenagers that killed the teen on the Island will get less than he will.

Apprehend all Africa's child soldiers? Hmmm? Are they the older siblings oif the hungry brats I see on TV looking for handouts(while violins play)? Parents out looking fer jobs or watching a well being dug for them? Send money to Africa so the kids can grow up healthy to be soldiers? The world makes me cynical. Sorry 'bout that.
