Prince George, B.C.- The B.C. Civil Liberties Association is in Prince George tomorrow to discuss the new report which concludes that B.C. has twice as many jail and police deaths as Ontario, even though Ontario has three times the population.
The public discussion is slated to take place at the Civic Centre in room 208.   Report author David McAlister will be on hand to talk about the report and how other jurisdictions have handled in custody death investigation and prevention. McAlister is the Director of Simon Fraser University’s Institute for Studies in Criminal Justice Policy.
The forum tomorrow is set for noon.
