Woman Charged In Foothills Crash

Prince George- The 44 year old driving one of two vehicles involved in a crash on Foothills Blvd, between Highland Drive and North Nechako Rd has been charged with driving contrary to road conditions.
 
The crash occurred Monday morning at 8.00am, when a north bound van slid out of control and hit a south bound vehicle sending both of the female drivers to hospital.

Divide the road with concrete barriers might help, maybe, just a little. been a lot of crashes on that hill.
An IQ test for drivers would help as well...

I wonder if she had her cruise control on and hit a frosty patch? Cruise control is an absolute no, no, on wet, icey or snow covered roads.
Automatic charges are common for accidents on black ice. Unfortuaneately, you usually don't know there's black ice in the road until you hit some. Are automatic charges supposed to be a deterant, punishment, or revenue stream?
