With   a Cenotaph Guard of  Petty Officer James Houg, Air Cadet Sergeant Sam Hamm,  Army Cadet Bo Murphy and  an RCMP Constable,  the service saw wreaths laid on behalf of the  Federal and Provincial governments,  the Legion, the McCauley and  Fitzpatrick families,   and Canadian Peace Keepers.

Our family mourns the loss of our beloved Poppa, veteran of WWII, December 4, 1921 to May 30, 2010. He was a co-pilot in the Burma bombing raids out of India, a challenging job in difficult circumstances. Today was hard, particularly listening to the Last Post which we heard at his memorial as he was saluted by his frail comrades.

Lest we forget.... we love you Poppa!
This is lovely. God bless them all.
