Trial Set for Two P.G. MMA Fighters in Nova Scotia

Prince George, B.C.-Two Prince George men, accused of sexually assaulting a woman at a Dartmouth Nova Scotia hotel in late September of 2009,  will stand trial next July.
Mixed martial arts fighters Garry Christopher Peak and James Christopher Hanson, will have their trial start July 11th in Nova Scotia provincial court. The trial is expected to last four days.
 
Peak, 33, and Hanson, 28, are charged with forcible confinement and aggravated sexual assault in  connection with an incident that is alleged to have left a 32 year old woman suffering from broken ribs, a collapsed lung and a cracked spine.
 
Hanson is also  facing charges of confinement and assault causing bodily harm, involving a 28-year-old woman who was also at the hotel. That trial is set for next August.

You know, if they are guilty, it would be very nice if they were guests of the Federal Correctional system for at least 10 years.
