Sure hope this fellow comes home safe and sound. Too many people out there take advantage of others. Feel for his family.

Can someone tell me how you let a "developmentally challenged" person leave home at nearly midnight with $600 cash?
Really?
I hope this turns out well but the family had better take a long hard look in the mirror...
I'll tell you Interceptor,
You try to have some type of balance between giving a young man a life and some freedom, and giving a young man constant supervision. It is not possible to supervise 24/7 and not healthy for anyone. For the most part, family members who raise special needs children into adulthood have very few resources and help.
Interceptor, my hunch is you have never reached out to a youth or young adult with such needs. If you had, you would not be so judgmental.
