Prince George, B.C. – Another court appearance today for 20 year old Cody Alan Legebokoff.  He is the young man charged with first degree murder in the death of  15 year old Loren Donn Leslie of Fraser Lake.

Legebokoff  had recently moved to Prince George from Fort St. James, and  was working at  a local car dealership.

He was arrested Saturday night south of Ft. St. James, when an RCMP officer noticed a pick up truck  exiting an unused logging road at a late hour.

The officer pulled over the vehicle and talked with the driver, then called for a Conservation Officer to attend the scene.  That officer  followed  tire tracks  on the logging road  to a spot where a body could be seen  off the roadway.  It was the body of Loren Leslie.  Police say the condition of the body indicated she had died just hours before.

Police have not said how the 15 year old died, an autopsy is being performed today.
