Prince George, B.C.- The man accused in the murder of 15 year old Loren Donn Leslie of Fraser Lake, will be back in court on January 5^th in the new year.

20 year old  Cody Legebokoff will remain in custody as he is being held on a detention order.

The January 5^th appearance is to consult with legal counsel.

Legebokoff was arrested Saturday evening after a chance encounter with an RCMP member who got suspicious when he saw a pick up truck turn on to  the highway  from an unused logging road late in the evening. 

The Police officer detained the vehicle, and called a Conservation officer who later located the teen’s body. 

An autopsy was to have been performed today, but cause of Loren's death has not been released.
