Prince George, B.C.- Operation Red Nose in Prince George, continues to outpace its performance from last year.

On its fourth weekend of service, Operation Red Nose had 20 teams  provide 142 safe rides home on Friday December 17^th. That’s up by 18 rides over last year’s number for the same night.

On Saturday, 25 teams   provided 177 safe rides home, up from the 2009 number of 169.

To date, Operation Red Nose has provided 850 rides home which surpasses the  2009 overall total. With only one night left in 2010 – New Year’s Eve,  it is most likely the goal of 1,000 rides will be surpassed.
