Is this a loan or another gov't - corporate gift?
perhaps an investment to improve air quality? nice to see dick working.
I read the story on this and the money is for three things...
1. Reduce greenhouse gas by about 2000 tons per year.
2. They will become energy self sufficient by using bio fuels to burn for energy,
3. They can sell their excess energy into the grid.

So...lower operating cost, cleaner and greener, and additional revenue. All this means that Cariboo pulp will operate more efficiently and be more competative.

This all means more job security for their employees and job creation during the transformation.

Can anyone find anything wrong with that???

As far as hood rich's comment "nice to see Dick working" comment. I did some checking on this as well...surprise, surprise...Harris has brought more of our taxes back to our ridings than any other politician in the history of this area...I am happy with that
So what is the issue with C02 which is a trace gas. Oh right that scam makes a lot of money.
1. Who gets the tax dollars that Dickie has brought to our community?

2.What do the corporations do with their profit?
Just wondering.
Cheers
