I enjoyed no power the other day from approx 7:30 am until 11am, and then again from 2pm till approx 3:30 pm that same day, it brought me and my wife closer together as we cuddled in blankets in the dark. Thanks hydro, thank god for the woodstove, sorry PG for altering the air quality that day, but my freezing to death was on a higher priority than your clean air. Oh and hydro please make sure you add this to your rate increase to do list, so you can up our rates next year, i mean 5 hours of no power you're right thats gotta cost allot!!!
Oh and on another topic, the next time one of you ex vancouverites pulls out in front of me on the highway before realizing you're on solid ice, I'm not swerving out of your idiot way and trying to step on the brakes, I'm just going to stay right where i am and let you plow into me at 60km an hour...stupid @##$$!!! Try this when you look over your shoulder and see someone coming, ( yeah i know a foreign thought) take a breath, i will be past by then, and then you can SAFELY pull into traffic. I've lived here for 30 years and each year i keep dodging morons who think their car is the answer to winter driving "cause it don't slide in the snow"
right up until the point they cause an accident. Its real simple, SLOW DOWN and PLAN MORE TIME TO MAKE IT WHEREVER YOU'RE GOING!!!! and you and those around you should make it where they need to go without you killing them...
IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO DRIVE SAFELY IN THE SNOW, LEARN, DON'T DRIVE, OR GO BACK DOWN SOUTH WHERE YOU CAME FROM AND LEAVE THE DRIVING IN THE WINTER TO PEOPLE WHO KNOW HOW TO DO IT!!! I almost got pegged 3 different times today from some clueless shipwreck of wackjob, pulling out into traffic without any idea of who was near them or affected by their decision.
I applaud the taxi drivers and the bus drivers who have to put up with these fools every day hour after hour..you are better men/women than I gunga din!!!
