Corporal Craig Douglas and the items  seized  from various locations in Prince George
Prince George, B.C. – A 6 month investigation by Prince George RCMP  Task Force has resulted in the seizure of jewellery,  cash, guns  and 8 ounces of cocaine. The combined value  of the seized items is said to be in the  $250 thousand dollar range.
The seizure is part of an ongoing investigation which has been focused on a person who Police say is a high ranking member of the Game Tight Soldiers and has connections to the Renegades Motorcycle gang. The jewellery alone has been appraised at $200 thousand dollars.
The items were picked up at 6 different locations in Prince George after 10 legal documents, including search warrants, had been approved.

Police believe the property seized came from the proceeds of crime and will be recommending charges under the Proceeds of Crime and Directing a Criminal Organization sections of the Criminal Code. Investigators are still in the process of preparing the file to be sent to Crown Counsel for charges.
If charges are approved, it is believed this will be the first time these  charges  will have been laid in Prince George.
The person Prince George RCMP believe is connected to the items seized is currently in custody on other criminal charges. His name will not be released until new charges have been sworn against this individual and there is no time frame for that step in the investigation.

Thanks very much for all your hard frustrating work, gotta be tough getting all those search warrants approved. The tough part will be finding a crown that will proceed with charges against a criminal organization with so many hoops to jump through. With a lot of meticulous, mentally challenging work, it'll get done.
Thanks again. Sounds like the little creep on the hill will be staying in a little longer.
So what do they do with seized cash? Where does this money go - to the RCMP? Province? City? Christmas party?
To the Crown in trust, til the outcome of the trial. If forfeited (providing the crown proves their case) either federal or provincial coffers, don't know. Hope they don't have to give it back.
Oh oh, he just got another bar of soap, guess he's staying for a while......
Well done!! Sure is nice to know you guys are good at what you do. Keep us the good work. We appreciate you more than people often admit.
Good Job!
Take that money and rig yourself out in a bitchin` 4x4 so you can get to these remote grow ops. Put a big sign on it though that says it came from the gangs just to rub it in
