Standoff in Shelley

RCMP remain at a standoff at a mobile trailer on Eagleveiw Road in Shelly, east of Prince George.
That is where a man, believed to be alone, has been holed up since about 1:30 this morning.
The Emergency Response team was called to the scene early this morning and no person within the surrounding area has been allowed to return to their homes while police wait to see the condition of the person inside.
It is believed that a domestic dispute triggered the stand off.
