Prince George, B.C. - It's time to recognize and honour those in Prince George who give so much of themselves...

The City of Prince George is seeking nominations for those citizens who volunteer so selflessly throughout the year, and make a difference in the community.

City residents are being encouraged to nominate people who've made outstanding contributions for the annual Volunteer Awards: the Recreation Award, Community Service, Youth of the Year and Outstanding Volunteer.

The honourees will be recognized at the Civic Appreciation Dinner on April 16th.  The nomination deadline is 4:30pm, March 16th.
