There has always been two things about hockey that I find pretty much intolerable.
The first one is an ongoing problem.
The second one is no longer relevant.
#1...Don Cherry.
#2...Howie Meeker.

I can remember when we had Howie Meeker doing the "Golly Gee Whiz" show for the CBC. When we finally got rid of him Don Cherry filled the gap and we are still stuck with him. In a lot of ways he is worse than Meeker.

Wonder if our Mayor ever played hockey or the other guy who runs our City.
